Lamborghini Reventon Revealed

Lamborghini ReventonLamborghini, along with many other noted automakers, have revealed one of their best supercars, the Reventon, at the Frankfurt Auto Show. The Reventon comes at a steep €1m and that doesn’t include tax. The design for this newest supercar was derived from the LP640.

All of the car’s off-the-wall styling are fully functional, says Lambo, with massive air intakes required to cool the beast’s engines and brakes. It may only be powered by a 650bhp 6.5-litre V12, yet it’s still a road car, in name anyway. An LCD switches between a conventional dial-type display and a graphical version complete with a G-force meter.

The Reventon will be limited to a run of 20, providing adequate reasons to buy for those for whom a simple Murcielago is insufficiently exclusive. Even if you do have a spare mil floating around you’ll be hard pushed to get your hands on a Reventon. All 20 of the cars will be sold to mates of Lambo.
