Lamborghini School Teaches You Proper Way To Drive
Lamborghini has decided to teach enthusiasts and Lamborghini owners exactly how to treat their cars with respect and how to drive them without crashing into anyone or thing. In the winter time we see and hear about many car accidents that people are in no matter what they are driving because they have no training on how to handle their car on the icy roads. To fix this they have created a school for ice dummies.
The 2008 European Winter Academy opened in January at the Auronzo di Cadore, Cortina d’Ampezzo, in Italy. At the school Lamborghini drivers will be taught how to take control of their vehicle while driving on the snow and ice. 15 drivers each day will be given an ‘expert tuition’ from the professional drivers before they are allowed behind the wheel of a Lamborghini Coupe, Superleggera, and Spyder on the icy roads. Some of the many things they learn is oversteering, understeering, emergency braking, laps around the icy track, and pendulum exercises.
The school will be held next at the Ghiacciodromo in Livigno, Italy, from March 7-9. It costs around 2250 euros each day and each course can teach up to 12-15 students. Those of you who want to take advantage of this school visit their site www.lamborghiniacademy.com.
